As we embark on this new year, we want to express our true gratitude for the privilege of serving your children and providing essential support to your families. In response to the valuable feedback we’ve received from parents and guardians, we are committed to improving our communication as an agency. We believe that staying connected and informed is crucial for the well-being of our families, and we’re excited to introduce new initiatives to achieve that.

- Message from Leadership: Stay informed about developments on the state, community, and agency levels that impact our services to your family. We are proud to share updates at least twice a month from our executive director or other leadership members.
- Blue Star Nominations: Take a moment to recognize and appreciate the hard work of our dedicated staff. Nominate someone for a Blue Star recognition and let them know that their efforts are valued and acknowledged.
- Subscribe to our E-news: Although this section is currently under construction, it will soon allow you to enter your email address and receive updates whenever changes occur on our website. It’s a convenient way to stay connected to news that impacts services in our state, community, and agency.
- Instant Referral: Need our services? With a simple click, anyone can make a referral anytime, anywhere. Our team reviews instant referrals each weekday at 8:00 and ensures a response within eight hours during the week and by the next business day on weekends.
- Contact Us: Have questions, feedback, or want your voice heard? The Contact Us section is your opportunity to engage with us. We believe in checking in with our clients and valuing your experiences.
Additionally, we’re thrilled to announce that this year, we will be conducting client engagement surveys. These brief surveys, consisting of one to two questions, will help us understand your experiences better, you can always also email us directly at [email protected] or use the contact us button on the website and calls are great too, 207.941.2988. We look forward to sharing the insights and improvements that arise from these surveys.
