Adult Case Managers, Children’s Care Coordinators, Clinical Supervisor
Current openings for Adult Case Managers for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities – Bangor currently hiring 1-2 case managers, and is accepting resumes for anticipated openings in our Machias location. $2,000.00 sign on bonus!
BA/BS in the social science field, or a closely related field and with one year of experience working in this field.
Utilizing the Wraparound Planning Process and Sanctuary Model commitments and tools, the Adult Case Manager works with eligible adults and/or their guardians to assist them in identifying their strengths and needs; facilitates teams to develop a Person Centered Plan which addresses the strengths and needs of the person, arranges for, manages, and monitors appropriate service delivery, and helps draw participation from natural supports. The position is primarily based in the home and community, meeting the person where they are most comfortable.
Children’s Care Coordinator – $2,000 sign on bonus!

Clinical Supervisor – Bangor (1) – $2,500 sign on bonus!
The Clinical Supervisor is the licensed clinical staff person who is responsible for the direct clinical supervisor of Care Coordinators. The Clinical Supervisor may also provide case management services to clients of the program as necessary due to staff vacations, leave of absences, etc. The person in this position will adopt, implement, and promote Wraparound values including the agency philosophy, as well as the Sanctuary Model commitments and tools to guide everyday practice in the course of employment with the agency.
